Country-style Gordal Olives with bonito


  • Gordal olives Green capsicum Onion
  • Salted bonito
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Parsley


  • Dice the capsicum, onion, cherry tomatoes and salted bonito into small pieces.
  • Combine them in a bowl with all other ingredients.
  • Set aside in the fridge for an hour to allow flavours to develop, then serve
