Black Olives with spicy orange dressing
- Black olives
- Cayenne pepper
- Dried orange peel
- Sea salt flakes
- Pound the garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, dried orange peel, thyme and a little salt in a mortar and pestle.
- Add vinegar to taste, then thin dressing with a little water.
- Combine with black olives and serve.
