Country-style Gordal Olives with bonito
- Gordal olives Green capsicum Onion
- Salted bonito
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Dice the capsicum, onion, cherry tomatoes and salted bonito into small pieces.
- Combine them in a bowl with all other ingredients.
- Set aside in the fridge for an hour to allow flavours to develop, then serve
