- Golden syrup
- Angostura bitters
- Mineral water
- Lime wedges
- Mint sprigs
- Whisk the rum, golden syrup and Angostura bitters in a bowl until combined.
- Divide among tumblers, add olives, and serve with mineral water, lime wedges and mint to taste.
TIP: Choose a good-quality aged dark rum, and offer toothpicks for picking the olives from the liquid.
